Our 3D Process

A kick-off meeting to introduce the project team and engage key stakeholders from your organisation.

Review of your documentation relating to DE&I, such as your values and behaviours, leadership frameworks or business strategy.

Design and customise the content into a storyboard, illustrating the learning arc, key themes and topics, activities and recaps.

Drafting a narrative voiceover to bring the learning content to life.

Developing the alpha prototype based on the storyboard content, demonstrating the learning in its interactive format.

Collaborating with professional voiceover artists to have the voiceover narrated, and then integrating the narration into the prototype.

Iterative process of working through the alpha, beta and gold prototypes, with feedback integration at each stage.

Comprehensive testing to ensure the learning works as intended across a wide range of devices and browsers.

Exporting the learning into a SCORM package, compatible with a wide range of Learning Management Systems.

Uploading the SCORM package into your LMS.

Testing the eLearning in its intended environment ‘on production’, for a final check before launch.

Drafting communications to launch the learning, incentivising engagement and completion with the final product.
