GDP were commissioned as subject matter experts to provide information and develop new models and approaches which would position this tool as an interactive and stimulating resource for the organization.

Aviva are committed to creating a workplace of respect and inclusion; with this in mind, we were commissioned to develop a cutting edge and innovative e-learning tool that would assist the organization in raising awareness and competence in Diversity and Inclusion. This also included how to put their Diversity values and principles into practice in their global workforce and for the benefit of their customers.


Global Respect at Work eLearning Toolkit

Key Deliverables

  • Global Respect at Work e-learning Toolkit and Leadership events – The Respect at Work e-learning toolkit encourages and promotes a more inclusive workforce and, in keeping with the Aviva principles, the toolkit has been developed to ensure that it is transferable and transportable to other countries and nationalities.
  • Cross-Cultural Diversity Learning in 25 countries


The toolkit won the 2008 UN World Diversity Award for Innovation. We have gone on to work with Aviva on the following D&I interventions:

  • Cross cultural modules for Global Leadership Programme held at INSEAD for Aviva leaders
  • Unconscious Bias D&I Webinars held for Asia Pacific/Europe/America
