AXA is a global investment, retirement, and insurance it is a conglomerate of independently run businesses, operated according to the laws and regulations of many different countries.

Global Diversity Practice was commissioned to be the session ‘anchor’ for the Workshop Diversity & Inclusion: Business Performance Impact, which encompassed an opening and panel discussion.

  • GDP delivered and designed a presentation to a group of Internal CEO’s and the CEO of the AXA Group.
  • Delivered a session on Unconscious Bias and D&I issues.

The global audience were presented with the business rationale for a focus on D&I from a global & local perspective, and addressed multiple streams of Diversity. GDP also covered the key components needed for success of D&I initiatives (leadership engagement, accountability structure, setting KPI and review, engagement outside of HR.

The session delivered on Unconscious Bias and D&I illustrated case studies that made Bias Reduction, Diversity and Inclusion ‘real’ in a concrete manner.


The presentation and session was very well received. This linked to the employer branding company values and D&I. All of the client expectations were met and this event has served as a catalyst to the D&I effort of AXA and in engendering senior commitment.
