The Kellogg’s Company is a multinational food manufacturing company.

We were commissioned by the HR team to deliver 3 different interventions including a Dignity at work roll out programme in Manchester, Wrexham and Dublin, a HR programme on Diversity in the workplace and a European Leadership programme on Diversity entitled Diversity Drives Growth.

Key Deliverables

The European Leadership Team Programme was designed and delivered for Kellogg’s Senior European Leadership team to focus on the business case for Diversity. Any Diversity roll out programme needs commitment at the highest level and this programme stimulated the key drivers in this leadership team for driving the diversity agenda forward. We covered key business case topics throughout this programme such as Understanding the competitive edge of Diversity in attracting diverse customers, Uncapping the spending power of minority groups, Talent Management and competition for talent in a shrinking talent pool.

We designed and delivered the Dignity at Work roll out training in close partnership with our clients. This was to ensure that the design was appropriate to meet the needs of the audience and that the case studies and material we used were fit for purpose in taking in to consideration the current diversity challenges in Kellogg’s.

We delivered a programme specifically designed for Kellogg’s HR team to provide information on the legal, ethical and business case for Diversity. In this programme we reviewed current progress in relation to Diversity within Kellogg’s, as it is important to relate any new progress to the current status to integrate this programme with any existing learning and progress made in relation to Diversity.


Working on multiple projects with Kellogg’s we have received resounding feedback and results which has ensured Diversity and Inclusion is firmly embedded into the fabric of the company.

The ELT programme led to positive endorsement and ownership by the ELT leading to a sustained effort and success in execution of the strategy we had helped to develop.

Our bespoke Dignity at Work Training learning approach in reduction of harassment and bullying complaints contributed to a formal workplace culture.

The HR Programme resulted in ensuring the Business partners were fully prepared to work alongside the leaders of the business to ensure Kellogg’s were able to reap the full benefits of the programme.
