Anis is a well-respected, highly motivated and committed individual with a proven track record in achieving results in OD & HR. He has Excellent people management skills in developing, motivating and driving performance. He is more than comfortable operating at both strategic and operational level with specialism’s that include: supporting and planning transition, change management, learning and development, generalist HR, widening access and customer exposure, performance management coaching, sustaining development and diversity & inclusion. He is a qualified Myers Briggs practitioner.

Anis has high expertise in developing and advising upon best practice within diversity, widening access and participation, reducing inequalities, community development and capacity building, social inclusion and neighbourhood renewal​. His style of delivery consistently reflects the sensitivity and understanding of the subject matter and its impact on the operating culture of an organization.​

Anis has considerable experience within both the private and public sectors nationally and internationally. He has delivered training on behalf of GDP to our global clients with huge success. ​He has planned and developed specialist consultancy and training to a variety of employers across the public and private sector industries for over 15 years​. He has comprehensive experience in psychometric tools and leadership development supported with vast knowledge in International Trade Law.
