The World Bank was keen to leverage the full potential of the diverse nationalities represented within its employee base. Farrah Qureshi was commissioned to deliver the keynote speech at the annual Diversity Week celebration on the topic of Diversity and Inclusion.

As a result of the success of this intervention she was further commissioned to develop and deliver leadership modules on promoting Cross Cultural sensitivity and effective team working to various directorates of The World Bank. The learning interventions promoted a higher level of cross-cultural understanding sensitivity and enhanced team relationships not only across cultures but also across diverse specialisms and disciplines.
