Marwa Soliman is a Conscious Leadership Consultant who partners with executives and organisations to drive transformative impact through authentic leadership development. With over 20 years of experience in global and regional leadership roles across diverse sectors including IT, Engineering, FMCGs, and humanitarian organisations, she brings a wealth of expertise to her coaching practice.  

Specialising in executive coaching, team development, and talent consulting, Marwa empowers leaders to foster environments of trust, collaboration, and high performance. Her coaching approach focuses on enhancing executive presence, strengthening senior-level relationships, and leading with authenticity. She has particular expertise in guiding teams through structured development frameworks and supporting nationalisation initiatives in the UAE and KSA.

As an ICF Accredited Coach (ACC) and Certified Professional Coach (CPC) with a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Development, Marwa combines theoretical knowledge with practical experience. She is certified in multiple assessment tools including Strengths Profiling, MBTI, and EQ-i 2.0, and holds Global Diversity & Inclusion Competence certification.

Marwa’s multicultural background, having lived, studied, and worked across Europe, the Middle East, and APAC, enriches her understanding of diverse leadership perspectives. Bilingual in English and Arabic, she brings a deep appreciation for cultural diversity and the unique strengths individuals contribute to organisational success.
