iCommit

Available now

iCommit is a public bank of inclusive-leadership commitments, made by GDP. Write down one specific thing you will do, starting “I commit to…”, and add it to the bank. You don’t need an account, and your name never appears. Then read what other leaders have committed to, and vote for the ones you believe in.

One commitment, in public

A private intention changes little. A specific commitment that others can see does more, and a bank of them gives every leader ideas they can act on tomorrow.

  1. Write it

Start with “I commit to…” and say what you will actually do. Write it in any language.

  2. It is checked

Every commitment is checked before it appears, so everything in the bank is safe to read and share.

  3. It joins the bank

Others read it, vote for it and borrow it for their own teams. Your name is never shown.

  • I commit to advocating for my colleagues and team members who may not otherwise receive the visibility or credit they deserve for their contributions.

    Career Development

  • Inviting all team members, including the quieter voices, to contribute to discussions before I make decisions.

    Team Collaboration

  • Tratar a todo el mundo por igual y dar feedback periódico a todo el equipo

    Communication & Feedback

  • Ensuring I pause and slow down my thinking when making important decisions that could impact talent, hiring, or people development.

Safe to stand behind

GDP’s name is on every commitment in the bank. These rules keep it a place people trust.

  • No account, ever

Nothing stands between deciding and committing: no sign-up, no email address.

  • Anonymous

No names and no usernames. Votes rank ideas, never people.

  • Checked first

Nothing goes on the wall until it has been checked, and a named person at GDP answers for every decision.

  • Your words, kept

Spelling may be tidied so the wall reads well. Your meaning is never changed.
