Hear how your people really experience work.
A GDP survey asks your whole workforce about diversity, equity and inclusion. You get a clear baseline to plan from, and to measure progress against later.
Each survey mixes two kinds of question, so you learn both what is happening and why.
Rating questions give you numbers you can track over time.
Free-text answers tell you the reasons, in people’s own words.
Built so every voice is heard
A survey is only as good as the people who answer it. We design for a high, honest response.
Written for you
Each survey uses your organisation’s own terms, values and behaviours.
On any device
People can answer on a computer or a phone. We plan with you how to reach groups that are hard to reach.
Confidential
We protect people’s answers, comply with data protection law and say so clearly, so people answer honestly.
Backed by your leaders
A message from senior leadership explains why the survey matters and encourages everyone to take part.
How a survey runs
Four stages, from the first draft to the findings.
Design
We draft the survey statements, the monitoring questions and the internal communications plan with your team.
Launch
Senior leaders announce the survey, explain why it matters and set expectations.
Responses
Employees answer within a set period, with reminders to keep the response rate high.
Analysis
We analyse the results and identify the key themes, trends and hotspots that need a closer look.
What you get
At the end of the survey, you receive:
- Full analysis
- A report of your baseline DEI measures and the main themes in what people wrote.
- Results by group
- Results broken down by demographic group, so you see how experiences differ and no group is overlooked.
- Recommendations
- Actions that respond directly to the challenges and opportunities we found.
- Action plan
- A plan built around your DEI goals, focused on measurable progress over time.

A global survey for BBC Studios
We ran a global DEI survey for BBC Studios, looking at diversity across regions, levels and demographic groups. Because the survey was built around BBC Studios’ own DEI values, it showed how the challenges differed from region to region.
Our recommendations set the focus areas for their future DEI work, and showed both the strengths and the gaps in their global DEI strategy.
Why GDP
We do more than collect data. We work with your leaders so the survey matches your priorities, and turn the results into insight that feeds straight into your DEI action plan.
Our work draws on the Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Benchmarks (GDEIB) and on experience in over 180 countries. Every country has its own nuances, and we shape each survey around them.
What you can do with the results
- Connect your DEI goals with what employees actually experience.
- Fix the problems people raise about hiring, development and staying.
- Use employee feedback to improve processes and spark new ideas.
- Design products and services that work for more of your customers.
- Show people you listen, and act on what they say.
