My approach is grounded in an MSc in Psychology and honed through years of hands-on experience across a variety of sectors.

As a consultant, I’ve had the opportunity to lead cultural audits, dissecting and rebuilding corporate cultures with precision. In employee engagement, my strategies are data-driven, targeted, and, most importantly, effective—going beyond mere satisfaction surveys to truly capture the pulse of a workplace.
