DHL

DHL Express is a division of the German logistics company Deutsche Post DHL providing international express mail services. DHL is a world market leader in sea and air mail.

Global Diversity Practice worked with DHL to ensure their global code of ethics was translated into tangible training courses focusing on Diversity & Inclusion as an enabler. GDP coached and worked alongside the head of HR to develop a targeted learning solution for the company, developed the learning package as well as secure the Exec team to engage with our contract.

Our contract with DHL included designing and delivering sessions to 100 EMEA HR directors in Brussels. We then subsequently designed and delivered for the UK CEO and MDs of nine business divisions. These interventions ranged in duration from 15 minute keynotes to full day sessions for particular business units with the emphasis on stakeholder management and satisfying customers.

IMPACT

GDP advised on the development of European Diversity Strategy and implementation plan. Together with DHL we challenged all business areas on action and implementation plans. We provided them with consultancy. The client reported evidence of rising Exec commitment and engagement and accountability in business as well increased awareness ownership and understanding throughout the leadership population.
