Refund Policy
Version 2026-10-21. A summary of section 7 to 9 of our Terms of Sale, which take priority.
A course you bought for yourself: full refund if you cancel within 14 days and have not started it. Once you start it, you cannot cancel; you agreed to that at checkout to get immediate access.
A PDF: full refund if you cancel within 14 days and have not downloaded it.
Places for a team: full refund if you tell us within 14 days and nobody has joined.
Physical products: cancel within 14 days of delivery, send the goods back within 14 days after that, and we refund within 14 days of getting them back.
Anything faulty: we repair or replace it, or refund you, whatever its age, as UK consumer law requires.
How to ask for a refund
Email info@globaldiversitypractice.com with your name, the email address you used to order, what you bought and when. We refund to the card you paid with, usually within 5 working days of agreeing the refund; your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Model cancellation form
You can use this form if you wish, but you do not have to.
